Potatoes with smoked salmon and hollandeise sauce
Ingredients
- Potatoes
- Smoked salmon
- Hollandeise sauce
Preparation:
Star tapa, very easy to prepare and
success guaranteed!
1. Wash the potatoes (medium to small
size) and boil them for approximately 40 minutes. Once cooked, put them on a plate and open
them a bit.
2. Slice the salmon and scatter them
over the potatoes.
3. Add the hollandeise sauce and some
pepper and it is ready to eat!!
