Ingredients:
- Fresh Pasta
- Salmon (1 filet for 2 persons)
- Onion
- Cream
- Thyme
- Pepper
- Salt
- Olive oil
Preparation:
- Cut
     the onion very small and fry in the pan with 1 spoon of olive oil and salt
- When
     it’s almost done (the onion should be transparent, never brown), add the
     salmon and break it into small pieces with a wooden spoon.
- Add
     the spices, my favorites are thyme and pepper
- Add
     the cream while you keep stirring the salsa
- Boil
     the pasta as indicated on the package
- Serve
     the pasta and the salsa separate, so that everybody can decide how much
     salsa they like
- Suggestion:
     sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top
